ITINERARY
Pick up JRO and drive to West Kilimanjaro.
Dinner and overnight at Ndarakwai Tented Lodge.
Cycle from the savannah plain gentle tropical forest and overnight at Rombo village which patch in the east slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Drive when the group is exhausted for dinner and overnight in the lodge.
Today you will be cycling though Chagga villages pass coffee and banana plantation stick on more or less same height of 1800m. If you are luck you will come across colorful markets in the village. Today is more of downhill. Dinner and overnight at Marangu in the lodge.
Day hike in Kilimanjaro National Park and back to lodge at Marangu.
Drive from Marangu to Kifaru junction, start cycling from here accenting Pare Mountain, after lunch at picnic then drive to Usangi village for dinner and overnight in the lodge.
Cycle down to Mkomazi basin, lunch at the picnic then drive for overnight in Gamba village (Lodge).
Spend the day for wildlife viewing in the park, home of large herds of giraffe, eland, hartebeest, zebra, buffalo and elephant. Get to learn about Rhino conservation at Mkomazi Sanctuary. Lunch at the picnic then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Start the day cycling alongside the park boundary, lunch at the picnic then drive to Usambara Mountain. Dinner and overnight in the lodge at Lushoto town.
Cycle in the highlands of Usambara Mountain pass lush green village and tea plantation, lunch at picnic then drive to Muheza town for dinner and overnight in a nice lodge that located in the area.
Cycle in the lowland through palm fields and village, lunch and dinner at lodge in the beach at Pangani.
